Hey hey hey awesome scrappers! It's Cat here, your friendly neighborhood Nerd Girl up here on the Paper Issues blog with my very first blog post! Today I'm showcasing a new layout I created inspired by a previous Scraplift Sunday from January 8th. I wasn't able to participate in the challenge at the time but I loved the original layout and wanted to do my own take on it! Now for anyone who watches me already they know that I really do like to mix and match and to delve into my stash. For this layout I didn't delve too far, but I have a ton of the Crate Paper Cute Girl collection still kicking around and I decided to just go hog wild and use lots of patterns and embellishments to create a super fun bouncy page! I did start with a leftover piece of the Illustrated Faith She Blooms polkadot paper from my stash as my triangular foundation and then built my layers from there. Even though there are no kitties in my picture I have no issue with using that sweet kitty face paper as my background! Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a peek at my first post here as part of this fantastic awesome design team! Have a super sweet scrappy day everyone!
And what would a layout be without a process video! Be sure to check out how I made my page!
What a sweet and beautiful page Cat. Love the background paper and the colors that match your photos so well. Off to watch your video.
