The One with the Invitation

Good morning, friends!  Kat here today to share another "Friends" challenge take with you.  For today's post, I took on "The One with the Invitation" challenge.  For this challenge, you have to create a project using at least 5 items on this list: frame, the number 6, purple, gold, patterned paper, doodling, flowers, 3 photos, fussy cutting, and labels.

I decided to break out the newest Cocoa Vanilla Studio collection, No Limits, to scrap some silly photos (3 photos, in fact - there's one from the list!) of my kiddo.

I began by using a Simple Stories stencil to add some interest to my background.  Then, I mounted my photos on some strips of patterned paper (there's two!) and added an acetate frame (there's three!) from my stash to add an additional layer behind the photos.  I doodled (there's four!) around the edges of my photo strip and then sprinkled around some embellishments in the form of gold (there's five!) mist, labels (there's six!), puffy stickers and acetate stitches.
