I had intentions of starting this layout with a patterned paper background just like Kat. When I dug through my January Hazy Shade of Winter kit, I didn't have a full sheet of paper to do that. So I created my own pattern using the stencil that came in the kit with distress ink in Tumbled Glass. Unfortunately the kit has already sold out. If you are new here, our kits sell out SUPER fast so always keep your eye out so you make sure you have an opportunity to get one. The good news is, this particular Snowy stencil from Echo Park is still available. All of my papers came from the kit. They are almost exclusively Simple Stories Feellin' Frosty. A good junk of my embellishments were also included in the kit. However, being as though this is my fourth layout with the kit, I am running low on embellishments. I went to my stash and dug out the frame you see and layered with a chipboard word from Lawn Fawn and a phrase from This Week chipboard collection pack from Elle's. I added a cluster that includes labels from PinkFresh Studio and the October cut aparts from Elle's. This layout was so fast to put together and has so many layers and a lot of dimension!! Check out some up close photos of my layout.
