I was excited to play along with this sketch since it is one that I designed for Paper Issues. I added some snowflakes to the background with a stencil and some Salvaged Patina distress oxide ink. I  then used the adorable Elle's Studio Love You papers and various Elle's Studio tags and die cuts.  I used the 28 Lilac Lane Blizzard Snowflake sequins for the circle element on the sketch.  I can't believe how many sequins come in this tins for the price!
