Project Life with Renee

Here I am for my first post with Paper Issues!!  Gosh, I've been such a fan for so long and admired from a far- to finally be on the team is so exciting! I'll rewind just a little bit- I'm Renee from small town Iowa. I'm that girl in her 30's who is single as all get out and living with her parents. I'm not even sure where I began this crazy scrapbook obsession it seems I've always hoarded paper from Archiver's. My sister used to live down the road from one, it was dangerous. But I actually started putting it to use a few years ago, and now can't stop. I also have a love / hate relationship with fitness and love all things food related- as you'll gather from my work and blog!

So I hope I inspire you to bust out your scrapping goodies and go crazy!!

So I'm a bit of an odd duck, laugh if you want, but I decided to start my Project Life the summer before my 30th birthday. I've done this in years past, always starting on my birthday week.  But I got a little antsy and couldn't wait. I decided on a 6x12 book and I would go by moments- not weekly. My life is rather boring 80% of the time, so the weekly spreads would literally be the same stuff different week.  This way it's small and simple!

I had to use the #Whatever collection by Simple Stories- it's very me. At least I think so! I love the colors, the sayings, and all the hashtags. I wanted to scrap these photos of me from December at the gym, I decided to hop on the working out train a month early. I have always ran off and on, but I wanted to make a steady, continuous effort to go to the gym . Include other things like weights instead of just my miles. So far it's been a success, omitting holidays and these amazing winter storms.

I hope you enjoyed my page as well as the close ups I included!  I can't wait to see the work you guys do in the group! You guys never cease to amaze me on how fast you can scrap with our challenges! More than anything I'm inspired by you!

With all the new supplies in the store, there's so many cut aparts to use for project life along with so many fun bright colors! Can't wait to get my hands on it, I hope you need all the things also!!
