New Issue: Gleam Catchers Round 1

Happy 4th of July and welcome to our July issue, Gleam Catchers! Our issues take place in our {Friends & Fans} Facebook group, along with all of our other fun monthly challenges. There's an album for each challenge. July's challenge album is right here. Please post your issue related projects in the Current Issue album.

The deadline for adding your projects is August 1st for a chance to win a gift certificate to the Paper Issues store.

Before we get to the details of this issue, let's take a look at the amazing projects created by the design team. Two weeks from now we'll share even more.

(Top L-R) Becky, Melissa, Chelsea
Bottom (L-R) Ann, Mary-Ann, Michelle

Note: Clicking on a design team member's name will take you to their blog where you can see their project in more detail.

So what is Gleam Catchers all about? Here are a few ideas to get you started (use one or use them all). Feel free to use any product you'd like. Projects can be new or old and you're welcome to share as many as you'd like.
  • Use shiny elements like glitter, shimmer mist, sequins, silver, gold, etc.
  • Use stars as an embellishment or the word "star" in your title.
  • Create a project that has a Southwestern design, maybe even use a dream catcher.
  • Let's see those baseball and 4th of July/patriotic photos!
  • Use photos that show the catch lights (gleam) in the subject's eye.
  • Download the free July printable, Wining, from the Paper Issues store and use one or more of the images on your project.

We're super chatty and love to make new friends, so please stop by and say hi! You'll find us all over the Web:
