Fan Feature Friday: Hooray for the Red, White and Blue #2

This week's Fan Feature Friday showcases projects from the second week of Hooray for the Red, White and Blue, sponsored by Therm O Web. Let's take a look at the projects that caught our eye this week...

1. Brenda combined the link party theme with a recent Scraplift Sunday challenge in our Facebook {Friends & Fans} group. Red, white and blue is perfect for baseball pages!

2. Anna also shared a red, white and blue page. Take a look at how she used the different strips of patterned paper! The stitching adds texture and a great finishing touch.

 

3. The banner work on Mandy's sweet page is awesome, as is the textured background. She also used the Rise and Shine cut file, available as a FREE download in the Paper Issues store.

4. Heather went big and bold with the tickets and stars on this fun layout! Great use of red, white and blue, Heather!

5. Sandy created this wonderful page to honor her husband's military service and retirement. You chose the perfect papers for this page, Sandy, especially the anchors!

6. Giorgia used gesso on the background of her layout to tone the paper down a bit, which allows the layers on top to stand out and shine.

7. Take a look at the creative, curved journaling strips on Ruth's layout! They add great movement to the page and it's like a flag flying the wind. I can see why this is one of your favorites, Ruth!
