 Hello Paper Issues friends!  I am Cassie W and today I am sharing my take with a Free File today. I used the Pinkfresh Studios Happy Blooms collection for this page.  I cut the title out of white cardstock and then backed it with vellum. After adding the large title and three photos, I decided to add a few embellishments around the photo and then at the bottom of the page.
