Paper Issues

Happy Thursday, everyone! Jenessa here to share the layout I made using the sketch from October 13th. All of the October challenges are still available for you to submit your project in our Facebook group, although the deadline is November 7th. Since everyone has probably been diving into the new November challenges, I'll remind you of the sketch...

Some of you may remember that I was up on the blog with this sketch back on October 13th. For that layout I used a single photo plus a bunch of tags across the page. I was able to re-use the exact sketch with quite different results.

This time I used three photos. And that's something I just love about sketches. You can follow them exactly, or adapt them to the photos or product that you are using on your page.

Speaking of product, I used some of Amy Tangerine's Brave & Bold collection for the background paper, which I thought was absolutely perfect for the "laser" photos.  I also used some of  Vicki Boutin's Color Study collection. I used a paper punch for the hexagons and finished it off with those cute little hexagon puffy stickers, also from the Brave & Bold collection. There are a few other elements that I pulled from my stash because the colors or words fit well with the page. I decided to keep this layout relatively simple and didn't use any mixed media, so it came together quickly!
