Hello! It's time to get your cutting machines fired up and gather some inspiration using Paper Issues free files! We are focusing on Back to School and academic vibes! Another idea is to celebrate back to school creating a page about shopping for new school supplies, going to the public library, or how you are happy to have your daytime routine back now that the kids are in class!
First up is Cassie with this fantastic I Like Big Books cut file for her daughter's back to school picture. She said, " I paired the I Like Big Books cut file with the Family Fun collection from Simple Stories and the Bella Blvd Besties. I loved the idea of this opened book cut file for a page about my daughter starting her Freshman year of high school. I thought it was a perfect symbol of all the learning ahead of her and the world that is opening up around her as she is growing up." How perfect to add scattered stamped stars in the background as well!
Next up is Wendy with her Star Student design! Wendy altered the Star Grid cut file to make it into a string art stitching file. She used Simple Stories School Life tag paper and foam stickers. It's always incredible to see how Wendy works her magic with hand-stitching in her designs! The star grid is so stunning for her super student! Wendy says, "I honestly started this string art project ages ago and set it to the side to join my unfinished projects pile. I decided to pick it back up again with the title of “Be a Star Student” in mind." I am so glad Wendy pulled this super star design back out to use for our Back to School round up!
