Hello Paper Issues friends!  I am Cassie W and today I am sharing my take on the Free File Free-for-all challenge for September. I hope you will join us in the Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Facebook Group to see all of our challenges for this month!

I love using the free cut files that are available in the Paper Issues store.  I love the variety of cut files that are available.  My favorite thing is to use a cut file for my title, especially ones like this one where I can back it with pretty paper.  It feels like the layout really comes together quickly with a large title and photo.

For this page I used the Summer Sun Titles Free Cut File. I started with a piece of Vicki Boutin foundations paper and added a layer of gesso.  Once it was dried I smooshed distress oxide inks onto the background. I used Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Stormy Sky, Salty Ocean, Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge and Chipped Sapphire.  I also used the Elle's Studio Adventure paper pack (sold out), Elle's Studio Adventure chipboard and wood bits (sold out), Elle's Studio Cardstock Tags, Pinkfresh Some Days Cardstock stickers,
