Pocket Pages with Jen :: February Challenge

Hello and welcome to the February Pocket Page Challenge! Each month Paper Issues brings you new challenges to spark your creativity. They are all posted here on the blog and you can play along in our Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} group over on Facebook. The incentive? A chance to win a gift certificate to the shop! February's Challenges are open through March 6th.

Your February Pocket Page Challenge is all about options!
  • Add three or more hearts
  • Use a PI PaperPOP
  • Show us Pocket Pages from January or February 2016
Scrap in pockets with any of the above - your choice OR combine them - and show us your creation(s) in our FB group.

I used primarily the Project Life Everyday Core Kit and cards from the Paper Issues January Swag Bag as a base for this layout. I am always a sucker for classic black and white with pops of color. Since several of my photos involved snow, it was a natural choice. The pops of red were inspired by the Target cart (because, Target!) and the pink accents to mirror those that appear in a few photos.

See the happiest little penguin on the bottom right? My favorite of the winter PaperPOPs releases. I held onto him until I had snow photos to use then, seized the opportunity!

I cannot wait to see YOUR creations! Be sure to stop by our Facebook group, find the Pocket Page photo in the February Challenge album and share by March 6th.

Get crafty!
Jen
