       Hello Paper Issues friends, this is Cassie W and today I am here to share my take on the Best Dancer for June. I really wanted to try something different on my layout this time.  I stared with some Vicki Boutin Foundations Paper and the Heart Stencil from the Sweet Rush collection with the Translucent Distress Texture Paste from Tim Holtz.  Once that was dry, I used blending brushes to add distress oxides (Picked Raspberry, Wild Honey, Wilted Violet, Chipped Sapphire).  I splattered water on the background for the resist effect and then wiped the ink off the hearts as well.  Finally I added the flowers (fussy cut), papers and embellishments from the Vicki Boutin Sweet Rush collection.  The date stamp is from Paige Evans.
