Just Bloom | Frame it | Cassie W

I started this challenge by using the FRIENDS free cut file from the Paper Issues store.  I cut it out using white cardstock (colored with Wild Honey distress oxide) and Bella Blvd Hearts & Ombre paper.  I then used the Simple Stories Full Bloom collection for the rest of my page except the background which is Row Your Boat from the Photo Play The Great Outdoors line.
