Sisters

Hi PI friends!

Elodie here today with a new layout using the super pretty Cute Girl collection by Crate Paper and one of my iSpyWithPI pics starring my two girls.

I love creating scenes on my pages and, this time, I wanted to make a butterfly. I started by spreading gesso with an old store card on the background paper to tone it down a little bit. I then drew and cut the wings from 6x6 paper pad sheets.

I placed the picture and the title in the center to make the butterfly's body. I then embellished the wings with stickers and acetate die-cuts and the photo with a paper clip and a puffy sticker.

I adhered the picture with foam squares and used only a tiny bit of glue on the wings to bring dimension to the page. I added a couple of cute puffy stickers and black scallops that I cut from another 6x6 paper and my little scene was complete.

I love every single bit of this adorable collection and it's perfect to document life with girlies. You can find it in the Paper Issues store, along with a lot of other beautiful supplies. Don't forget to use the code Elodie for 20% off your order! You can also share your iSpyWithPI pics and layouts in the Paper Issues Friends and Fans Facebook group. See you there!

Thanks for stopping by the PI blog today. Have a great day!
