Here is this month's idea and inspiration list:
And here is my layout, using the colors yellow and red, numbers, 2 patterned papers and a label, all from the super cute Cool Kid collection!!
Don't you just love the brights paired with the black and white! And those embellishments! That cute truck flash card, the ruler, and then those darling paper airplanes!! Cool Kid is such a fun collection!
As always, some of the girls from the design team like to play along too for even more inspiration. Lisa starts us out with this cute card she made using the Party Time collection from Echo Park. Her 5 items are: the colors blue, yellow and red, numbers and circles. What a sweet birthday card for your favorite 10 year old!
Next up is Melanie. She uses a large title, circles, enamel dots, a globe and a label on this awesome travel layout. I love the clusters of embellishments, and the two photos aligned side by side!
Amanda played along too! Her darling layout uses the colors blue, yellow and red, letters stickers, hashtag, large title, buttons and wood veneer. I love the diagonal corner designs, and how she used the Take Me Away collection for this one!
Elodie uses a fantastic circle grid design on this 8.5 x 11 layout. Look for the colors yellow and blue, letter stickers, numbers, circles, enamel dots and wood veneer for her 5 items off of the challenge list.
Heather joined in on the fun with this heartfelt layout. Her 5 challenge items are yellow, red, large title, veneer and enamel dots. The bright pops of color look so striking with the black and white!
Look at the amazing stitching on Stacie's layout, so very eye catching! She uses a combination of letter stickers, a border, circles, enamel dots and wood veneer on this one.
How about more from the Cool Kid collection? I love the way Alex uses the patterned papers on her layout for a diagonal design, with a grid design in the center. She has a combination of the colors red, blue and yellow, label stickers, letters stickers and (more than) 2 patterned papers.
Look at this fun background design on Rachel's layout, I love the different patterned papers behind each word! She combines blue, yellow and red, border, large title and patterned papers to remember this summer day.
Numbers, enamel dots, 2 patterned papers, the color blue and the color yellow found their way onto Becky's layout. This is her first "married lady" selfie. How cool that she documented that first photo!
And last but not least is this darling layout by Carolyn's. Aren't those little gnomes the cutest!! Along with the gnomes, she uses the color red, buttons, border, letter sticker and a large title as her 5 inspiration items
