Swag Bag Sunday Spotlight with All the Stuff!

Hello friends with issues! It's McJen today with my favorite day of the week - Swag Bag Spotlight Sunday! Today I am featuring a project made with a multitude of Swag Bags from subscriptions past.
One of my favorite things about the monthly Swag Bags from Paper Issues (get yours here) is the versatility. Once I have used an individual bag for specific projects, all of the remaining contents go into a special container. This gives me the option to pull from past months whenever I need that extra-special something.
For this layout, I wanted the overall effect to be simple and muted. I used several 3x4 papers from past kits that were either pink or gray. Next, I used my Silhouette to cut snowflakes using my selected papers.
Once I had the snowflake file selected, I duplicated it 12 times and positioned each of my patterned papers on the cutting mat. This allowed me to simultaneously cut them without loading and reloading for each one.
Once the snowflakes were done being cut (this did take a while), I layered several of the negative cuts under my photo. Next, I embellished using remaining contents from my various Swag Bags.
Each item on this layout comes from a Swag Bag with the exception of the card stock, enamel dots, silver Thickers, and staples. Not too shabby if you ask me!

Please visit the Paper Issues Store today to grab your Swag! Remember to use code McJennifer to received 20% off of your order!!

Happy creating!
