Doggone Cute

Martha here sharing a super cute card that Mary Pat linked up for the current It's Raining Cats and Dogs Issue.  She had me at a dog in a party hat! I am stamping challenged so I am always in awe of those who can create cute things with stamps.  Thank you Mary Pat  for sharing your wonderful card with us.
