DT Intro...Holly from Ribbons & Glue

Holly here from Ribbons & Glue getting to brag about being one of the new Chica's on the PI Creative Team.




I'm really excited to be apart of this talented team and I think I'll fit in well since I have all sorts of  "Issues".  I love to smell pretty paper, drink Chai tea and make unique things out of whatever I can find.  My design style is all about the small details.  I enjoy designing with Kraft paper, textures, glitter, buttons, burlap, embellishments, twine and ribbons.  I started out as a scrapbooker about 9 years ago and now my creativity has turned more towards card making, home & party decor, wood projects and anything I can up-cycle which may include hoarding an unknown amount of random items. 




Paper Cone Wreath Tutorial


Sharing with you one of my favorite Paper Cone Wreath projects.  I actually made this wreath from a kit I purchased through The Paper Shop too.... how convenient is that??



Since all the gals are sharing Fun Facts, here's 5 of mine...
  1. My 2nd Blogoversay was 2 days ago!  Yep- May 7th, 2011 on NSD, I started this blog adventure.  One of the best things I've ever done too.  
  2. My eyeballs hate dislike seeing the white core of card stock.  Please be kind and ink them edges...Pleaz!
  3. I hoard {clean} cans...Pringles, Coffee, Tuna, Soup.  Call me crazy cat can lady.  
  4. I've been to 47 states.  Missing AK, VT & the beautiful island of HI.
  5. I don't drink, smoke or swear --WTHeck?...but still totally fun to hang with.

    It's been so much fun to get to know you all this week!!! I don't drink or smoke but sometimes I have a potty mouth...hee hee. I love this wreath!!!!!! I agree with you 100%...I can't stand an uninked edge. Ink! Ink! Ink!!!!! <3

    Your sense of humor is shining through. You look like you're a really happy person, which is good for us, because you'll be passing on that happiness....won't you? I LOVE that wreath. I love making all kinds of wreaths. I hang all my wreaths upstairs on one wall so they are pretty easy to get to when I need to change out a wreath. Welcome aboard...let the fun begin!
