Happy Friday, Everyone! Jenessa here to share with you the layout I made for the 90's Mood Board challenge. Here's the mood board...
A fun thing about mood boards is seeing how it inspires each person in such a different way. I'm super color-focused when it cones to my scrapbooking (well everything in life really!) so the first things that popped out to me were the bright yellow and blue, as well as the other rainbow colors. I also couldn't seem to take my eyes away from the Starburst candies. So I knew my layout was going to revolve around squares and rainbow colors. Here's where my inspiration led...
I used Paige Evan's Go the Scenic Route collection for this layout. It has ALL the bright rainbow colors in it. And for the background, I first applied gesso all over the page and then used Distress Oxides and the Distress Sprayer to get the paint drips. I finished it off with some black paint splatter and black Nuvo Drops.
I hope this will inspire you to head over to our Facebook group Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} to play along with all of our September challenges.
