The first thing I noticed in this collection was this fabulous map paper. I loved this travel theme I found in the collection and I knew it would be of use to me with my recent travels. With the map paper I really didn't feel the need to add much to this layout to make it work for me. I was going to go for a cut file for the title but figured I'd dig in my stash of acrylic instead.
The other dominate theme in this collection is the start of school. Perfect for this time of year and there are so much in the collection for back to school pages even a small brag book. I think this little apple button was the best! It was the perfect way to show off my 11th grader. And the brag cards are just so easy to use for any pocket pages or as I did layering them.
And the third dominate theme of this collection. I got the Library cards with pockets which I had fun with here. And there is also book marks in this collection, some of which will be used by my kids and their library books but I thought it would be perfect to add it here to show my love of books. I added some stitching to this paper for a bit of a touch of texture and the We R threads were a perfect complimentary color.
I do admit that sometimes I make a layout with a collection and then shove it back in a bag because I'm moving on to a different theme. So it is so nice to have one collection sit on my desk and I have three very different pages to show for it. If you haven't picked up this collection already use my code for 20% off your total order.
