Hey, all. Tracey here, hoping you're having a wonderful weekend. If you're currently joining us for the Paper Issues Fall Crop in the Paper Issues Friends and Fans Facebook group, I hope you're having a great time with the challenges. And if you aren't a member of the Facebook group yet, what are you waiting for?! While you're enjoying all the fun on Facebook, I wanted to share a grid-style layout I created recently.
It's been a very Fancy Pants month for me, and after I finished playing with the super cute Spellbound collection, I moved right on to the lovely school-themed Take Note line to create this page about a scrapbook retreat I went on earlier this year.
I couldn't wait to use the pretty Fancy Free paper from the Take Note collection on a page, so I added a hand-cut strip of it to the top of my layout, along with some of the collection's adorable Ephemera Die Cuts.
I was excited how easy it was to make a non-school-themed page using the cute diecut arrows, pushpins, and other pieces. Since the retreat was held by the Awesome Ladies Project, I was especially excited that one of the diecuts said "don't forget to be awesome!" I challenge you to give this cute collection a try, even if you don't scrapbook school. And when you shop the store, be sure to use the code “TRACEY” to save 20% on your entire purchase!
Love how this came together. I really appreciate handwritten journaling too.
