Hey there, hi there! Welcome to another edition of my favorite day of the week, Scraplift Sunday! To me, this is the perfect kind of challenge for a lazy Sunday afternoon. All you have to so is take a look at the original, then grab some supplies and go play.
Today's lift is courtesy of Cat Martin. This is a page I took one look at and knew it had to be lifted. That title! It really is the centerpiece of this page! The pretty pink balloons! 3 photos! It has it all and is so much fun! Time to take a look at a few examples!
I played along again this week. I had to. I love Cat's LO. I also love Stacie's cut files, and will find any excuse to use them. I started by creating my large title with the Thick Paint Alpha cut file. I had already decided on using PinkFresh Boys Fort . It's been staring me in the face this past week! The dark gray and neutral colors were what I had in mind for this. I looked for some sentiments in the die cut ephemera that I could use in funny ways. Sure enough, there were some. You can find more info only blog too.
Well would you look at that. Rachel also used a cut file to create a larger title! The Create a Life You Love cut file looks amazing with Pebbles Girl Squad Cool Treat and Fri-Yay papers! Hello? Do you see how fab the photos and die cut ephemera look across the bottom? Wowzers!
Ahhhhh, it's a Road Trip themed page! There couldn't have been a better choice than Carta Bella Are We There Yet for it ! Kelly's wide open space not only makes sense, it totally makes that cluster of ephemera tags the star! Ok, well, next to those photos. Now I want togo on a road trip, don't you?
Can you feel the love in Ann's page? She went to town with Pebbles Girl Squad! All the layers of die cut ephemera are giving the best hugs to those gorgeous photos. This is such a fun collection to play with and It shows on this page.
Anna is so clever! She flipped the design upside down. Holy cow it looks so, so good! The use of the Maggie Holmes Canopy paper bursting from the top is perfection. The balance created with the black and white flowers finished this off beautifully.
There are so many beautiful things to look at on Stacie's page. Let's start with the painted background. Then maybe the fantastic photos. No, maybe it's that gorgeous ribbon bow that's the real star of that embellishment cluster. Or maybe it's the fabulous title made with stickers and icon Thickers. Whatever it is you choose to look at first, Pink Paislee Turn the Page made this page shine.
Well there you have it. So now your challenge is to lift this layout too! Get your favorite supplies, make a page and share it with us in our Facebook Group. Load your projects into the August album for a chance to win prizes.
You can grab all these products and so much more in the Paper Issues shop. Use DEVRA at checkout for 20% off your purchase! See you next week!
The list is incredible. All the examples are too.
