Product Spotlight: Stitch Happy

Stitching is a great addition to any LO. Be it hand stitched or on a machine. And with the Stitch Happy machine it just became even easier for scrappers to give stitching a go on a LO. Its a great introduction to a sewing machine with simple controls, light weight for crops, and it has a guide for those of us who can't sew in a straight line (I am guilty). There are great threads to grab in the shop as well even twine! Do note the twin that is made is not as thick as regular twine but it is the same fabulous look on a page. Lisa added some stitching on this wonderfully yellow card using the Paper Issues Swag bag and some bits she had in her stash. Remember stitching doesn't have to be major to make an impact.

Rachel did a fab job stitching white on white which I absolutely love. She used Summer Lights by Pink Paislee.

 

Marcia did a fabulous job showing off Maggie Holmes Carousel collection. I just love all the machine stitching around the triangles. It really adds to the texture vs non stitching. 

Stacie went heart crazy with Pink Paislee Oh My Heart.  She hand stitched  with the We R twine that added that special touch to the LO.

 

Devra who always wows me with her hand stitching bought a Stitch Happy machine and used it here for an added touch to this LO. 

I used Photo Play's My Imagination that I had stashed way in the bottom of my stash box. I buy all things boy and this was perfect with the cut file in the shop. As you see I'm not so much for straight lines, perfection is for those who aren't me. I have fun with my machine even if I have no clue as to what I'm doing. That's what this is all about enjoying your creative time.
