Swag Bag Selfie Sunday

Hello friends with issues! McJen here today sharing a layout made with Paper Issues' fabulous Swag Bags (available here). I have been hanging onto several of the past months' kits and finally broke them out this past week.

These sweet little bags of goodness are packed with a perfect mix of papers and embellishments that coordinate and make creating projects a snap.

My oldest kiddo is constantly sending me silly selfies that I love. For this layout, I started by splattering paints on white card stock.

Next,  I chose papers in black, white, and blue as my main color theme.

Several of the patterned papers were layered under the photo and followed by matching embellishments. After that, I used some washi from my stash on the top and bottom edges, enamel dots, and alphas for my title.

Last, I added a bit of journaling to the layout and called it good.
