The Things you see After Dark...

Hello Paper People!! Today I am sharing a new double-page layout using the awesome new Halloween collection After Dark from Crate Paper!

I knew that I had a lot of great photos from Halloween night of our kids' spooky costumes, so I wanted to design a LO with a lot of room for photos that was also able to use many of the elements from this awesome line!

The ephemera pack comes with so many awesome bits and pieces, including this "after dark" banner, orange paper clips, the black vellum bats and the vellum spider web.

I used the glitter phrase Thickers in black for my title. There are also gold phrases and shapes included in the package! I cut a tag from the tag cut outs and layered it under my title and then added that little black owl and the gold stars from the puffy sticker pack. The tag paper sheet is awesome and includes a lot of tags with gold glitter accents!
 

The "BOO" is from the ephemera back and the chipboard frames, "October" banner and the gold glitter 31 seen here are from the 12x12 chipboard sheet. 

I used a lot of the chipboard shapes on this layout! Pictured here are the banners and potions bottle from the chipboard pack as well as the gold foil 31, ticket and tags from them ephemera pack.  The "Happy Halloween" gold foil and black label sticker is from the phrase sticker sheet.

I loved layering the chipboard shapes, vellum die cuts, and regular die cuts in order to create different textures and levels in between my photos so that both the photos and the embellishments popped! some of the elements lay flat while others are popped up or come in 3D.

This owl was one of my favorite chipboard shapes -- I just love him! I added puffy sticker bats around the owl in order to up the eerie factor!
