Hello and welcome to another Sketchy Saturday here at Paper Issues!
This is a fun one and was based on a Crate Paper layout I did last month.
I used the new Crate Paper Confetti collection for this layout. I die cut a large circle from white cardstock then layered patterned paper underneath along with embellishments.
I used lots of foam adhesive on this layout and I love the result! Let's see what our DT came up with.
Alex Gadji created this adorable layout with the new Elle's Studio Cienna collection. I love how she used feminine colors for a layout about her husband and son -- but it works perfectly! Just beautiful.
New CT member Jana made this fabulous page in a smaller scale. I love the tone on tone stars as well as the ink splatters. We are so happy to have her on the team!
Corri Garza created a back to school layout of her son and daughter. They look so grown up! This page uses new Bella Blvd products.
Mary-Ann Maldonado used this striking color scheme of red, black and white to scrapbook a snow photo of her husband and son. The colors go perfectly with the photo and I love the stitching she added!
This layout by Meaghen Calder is just stunning. The white with silver patterned paper along with the snowflakes is perfection. Great job Meaghen!!
Devra Hunt hit it out of the park with this pie chart layout! What a great tweak to the sketch. She is using the new Fancy Pants Office Suite here and also, gold forEVER!!! <3
We also have a bonus card sketch for you today!
This sketch is by Corri Garza, who is a master at card making.
Here is the card that inspired the sketch. Corri used Simple Stories I Am along with the new Snarky Stamps set. Thanks for some fabulous inspiration, Corri!
Be sure to link up your project using either the card or layout sketch and you could win a $10 Paper Issues gift card!
Thank you for stopping by and good luck! We can't wait to see what you create.

ReplyDeleteStunning ladies.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited - its the first sketch I've done here and it was so much fun. I'd been looking for a project for the paper from the Maggie Holmes Confetti line with the nested gold circles and this was perfect! Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteLoved the sketch! I actually made 2 layouts for the sketch but can only link up one (they're in the same blog post). thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI love these challenges. They are so much fun. Sketches are always a great way for me to start a layout.
