I used the collection to create a long overdue layout about where I feel I am in life during this chapter of life. Can you tell that the chipboard frames are my favourite element of the collection? I used 3D foam adhesive to layer them over other elements and pop the page. Because the journaling is so personal I chose to keep it tucked behind my photo on a shipping tag. I incorporated the butterflies to symbolize the freedom of getting older and discovering who you were meant to be.
Anita used several pieces of ephemera to help create this layout documenting a fun memory with good friends. Notice how perfectly her journaling fit on to that blank tag from the package?
Leah used the chipboard pieces to beautifully accent this moving and heartfelt page. I just love the way she used the 3x4 journal cards to help tell her story. Besides the great design, how beautiful is this photo of her?
I like the way Kelly mixed it up and went with an 8x5x11 design. I think the smaller canvas keeps the black-based background paper from taking over her page. The adorable ampersand is perfect for her title too.
Corri is one of my card, special project crushes, the girl can rock a paper craft, anytime, anywhere. She created this gorgeous gift set with the help of her Silhouette Cameo, and coordinating patterned papers from the collection.
Orange did a fabulous job on her project life spread using the collection.
Notice the way she cut up the 3x4 journal cards page to slide coordinating cards into her pockets?
We celebrated a certain someone turning 13 in our house a couple of weeks ago. The celebration called for a card, and the fantastic elements of this collection made my card a quick one to complete, always a plus for this non-card maker. Did you know that the collection includes self-adhesive brads? No more holes poking through your projects!
Such a great collection, so much versatility with colour scheme and and patterns. Have you created with it yet? What are you waiting for? Pull it out and get playing.
