Hi there, fellow friends with issues!
Leah l'Orange joining you for a Swag Bag Sunday! I was ridiculously inspired by the December Swag Bag and had to do something slightly different, incorporating lots of bits and pieces from the current Swag Bag, plus some leftovers from October and November's Swag Bags and a few items from my stash.
Swag Bags ain't just for scrapbookers or pocket scrapbookers, folks! Many of our awesome Creative Team ladies have rocked amazing cards with them (the elements are, quite frankly, PERFECTLY card-sized!), and today I've got some altered goodness to share.
I found these teeny little house frames at a yard sale many moons ago and have been hanging onto them for just the right occasion. December's Swag Bag was the occasion!
Each of the little "windows" is filled with one of the 3x4 cards cut into a box template, and everything else just kind of pretties it up.
I have been hoarding animal wood veneers, so the cat and birds made perfect sense for this little house!
One thing I love about the Swag Bag subscription (you can
get them individually or sign up for 6 months!) is that each one comes with a fun
sampling of things mostly sold in the Paper Issues shop - if there's
something you REALLY love in your bag, you can usually find a pack of
them in the shop!
That little puffy acorn sticker, for example? That's from the Amy Tangerine "Stitched" line:
And that awesome distressed white heart wood veneer? That's from the Prima Free Spirit collection!
Grab the items above or whatever you like from the Paper Issues shop and save 20% anytime using THIS:
There are new releases getting loaded into the Paper Issues shop almost DAILY, so check 'em out, and grab 'em quick! THEN, link up your new or old projects to our current Link Party (we have a new one starting tomorrow!) or play along with our Pinspire Me Monday or Sketch Saturday Challenge! We might just feature you on Friday!
AND last, but not least, a very heartfelt THANK YOU to Cassie Box and her minions for having me on this amazing Creative Team - today marks my final post as a Paper Issues gal (though I'll always have issues!), and I just wanted to gush about how amazing it has been. I will miss everything about this experience and consider myself lucky to have been part of this amazing group of ladies. SO. MUCH. TALENT! And laughs. OH MY GOSH, the laughs. Anyway, I'm giving this away to one commenter here, if anybody's interested. :)
