Pocket Girls Monday

Happy Monday! Jen here sharing two recent pocket pages in my family album using Swag Bag bits, Fancy Pants True Friend, Elle's Studio Sycamore Lane and Simple Stories Sweater Weather. I love how these collections, along with the Swag Bags, work so well together with oranges, golds, browns and touches of aqua. My pages this week are just everyday photos, mainly around our home and yard, and these papers and accents work just as well for these routine moments as they would for documenting a big, fall event.

This week really captured the loveliness of our town in autumn and what life looks like on a daily basis around here with three young children, running errands and our home improvement process. I normally create a weekly title card from patterned paper but, knew I had to work in the larger photo of our front yard ta peak foliage so, used a full 4x6 instead and accented it with Swag Bags pieces and the beautiful script word from the Simple Stories Sweater Weather chipboard stickers. One of my favorite cards on this page? Mom Life. The Fancy Pants owl holding a latte? Exactly!

The weekend brought more DIY projects, playtime in our backyard and using our fireplace for the first time in our home. The "1st Fire" card pulled together pieces from GB Gramercy Road, leaves from the November Swag Bag, FP True Friend and Pebbles Home + Made patterns.
