CT Introduction: Stephanie Strader

Hey there!

I'm so excited to be part of the incredible creative team at Paper Issues! All of these talented designers have inspired my creativity and to be alongside them is surreal (and still mind blowing!) for me. I hope during my time here as a PI Girl to inspire you the way they have all inspired me!

I'm a mother of a 9-year-old and a 13-year-old TEENAGER! It's crazy how fast they grow. I started scrapbooking when I was around his age and it's been an "issue" ever since.

I am a Midwest girl, born and raised and live along the Mississippi River in a small, quiet town. I am a momtographer (a mom who mostly takes photos of her kids, but has paid clients, too.) I also spend my time reading (bookstore clearance is the best), drinking far too much Sweet Tea, cooking for picky palates, and perfecting my dance moves to an eclectic play list when I'm not watching soccer, baseball or at a school concert.

My layout today was inspired by that ONE selfie that I really loved, me at 37.

I used the Capture Life line by Allison Kreft tying together some of the things I love, music, photography, beautiful bokeh, and bright colors! The sequins are by Lawn Fawn. The mist spatter technique was new for me and I am in love with how it turned out! You can also find the Heidi Swapp mist I used along with a huge selection of mists, paints, and inks in the Paper Issues shop!

I hope you enjoyed a little peek into my life!

Me today. 37. Bright. Loud. A PI Girl. Love.
