Take 5 Tuesday - January 2018!

Welcome to 2018, and welcome to a new Take 5 Tuesday!
Rules are the same as always, you must use at least 5 items from the Take 5 list, but you can add as much as you would like to make it your own!! Jump in and play along, you could win a gift certificate to the Paper Issues store!!

Here's mine, using the color pink, patterned paper, cardstock, sticker and a title with 3 or more words. I also used the Polka Dot Wreath Cut File that is available for FREE in the Paper Issues store!! I love the look of the stitching on the wreath.

Rachel joined in on the challenge with this layout about her cute boys building a snowman! Crate Paper's Snow and Cocoa has the perfect embellishments for this!! Snow and Cocoa was such a popular collection, but I think there are still a few pieces left in the store!! Rachel used the colors pink and mint green, chipboard patterned paper and cardstock from the Take 5 list.

I absolutely love Wendy's Take 5 layout, y'all know I have a fondness for old family photos, and this one is so very cool! She used the FREE Hexagon Background Cut File from the PI store, and it looks so good layered with all her embellishments. Wendy's 5 items from the list are chipboard, patterned paper, sticker, cardstock and frame.

And, from Stacie this sweet Snowflake Season layout. I love the black and white photo with the pastel colors! Her 5 items from the list are the colors pink and navy blue, chipboard, patterned paper, stickers and a title with 3+ words.  You can download the FREE Winter Sweater Weather Cut File here in the PI store, it includes the Snowflake Season words just like Stacie used on her layout!

Last but not least is this beautiful layout from Damaris, I love the mixed media background on this one!! She uses the Carousel collection by Maggie Holmes along with the colors pink and navy blue, chipboard, patterned paper, fussy cutting sticker, cardstock, star, banner  and title with 3 or more words.

So there you have it, your first Take 5 Challenge inspiration for 2018, we hope you'll play along with us! Be sure to add your Take 5 layout here to the January Challenge Album.

  1. I LOVE participating in your challenges, but I can NEVER find the winners or I can't find them easily. Can you create a section or blog tab for just winners? or do a blog post for just winners so we can find them? Because I found Nov, but I can't find Dec winners. It's just frustrating and I'm sure I'm not the only one. And when people participate, they want to know if they won too, but get frustrated when we can't find out. Thank you.

    1. On the first of every month, the winner is announced on our PIFF page for the pervious month, under that month's album of challenges. So, for December, you will find the winners here.....https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.1989131904658773&type=3

    2. You can go to that month's Album and click on the graphic that says winners.

  2. These are gorgeous!!! Love them all.
