Project Pocket - New Pocket Pages Challenge!

Hello!  I'm so beyond excited to bring you a new challenge - I've only been asking for this for the last eight months.  Persistence pays off.  Welcome to Project Pocket!

This challenge is for all you pocket scrapbookers.  This month we will keep it simple and anything goes.  Whether it's a 12x12 layout in your weekly or monthly album, an insert, a page in a mini album - anything that has pockets (divided page protector)!  I really hope you play along.  Enter all the layouts you make this month for extra entries.  I want to see them all.

For this challenge I created a layout using Maggie Holmes' Chasing Dreams collection.  This collection is seriously gorgeous and if you haven't bought it yet - run to the store and grab some quick!

In addition to the collection, I also like to add a few dedicated pocket page cards from my stash but really any 6x6 paper pad and even white cardstock for journalling will do the trick.  Here are some other images for a better look.

Amanda created an amazing mini album using this eye catching album from Becky Higgins and supplies from Pinkfresh Studio.  I absolutely love her clusters of embellishments and her photos, as always, are divine!

Anna used Illustrated Faith supplies to create this bright and fun page.  I love the typed journalling and the black and white photos paired with the bold blacks in this collection.

Kelly played along too!  She's such a good sport - her page looks amazing!  I love her embellishment clusters directly on her photos - especially that yellow Beetle!  The pops of red in the photos and papers compliment each other perfectly as well.

Oh boy!  A sweet Disney page from Stacie using Say Cheese III from Simple Stories.  I'm such a sucker from Disney pages and this one is so magical.  I love all the photos, of course, but I especially love how she included her park tickets.  Also, that flair paired with Minnie's bow is just too cute.

Becky is working on finishing her 2016 pages.  I love the photos and journalling she printed using the Collect app.  The bright pops of color are perfection too!   This just goes to show that pocket pages documenting weekly events do not need to be complicated - small pages get the job done too!

Thank you for looking at all the projects the Design Team made this month for Project Pocket.  I hope more of them jump on my bandwagon and play along in future months.  Remember to use the code KRISTIE to save 20% off and to visit my YouTube channel where I post a new pocket page process video every Wednesday.

  1. This was fun! I don't often share my pocket pages, but this may prompt me to get more done!!

  2. So fun! Love how most of these can fit right into your traditional album.

Thank you for leaving a comment. We love hearing from you!
