Fan Feature Friday: Painting by the Numbers #2

This week's Fan Feature Friday showcases projects from the second week of Painting by the Numbers, sponsored by Waffle Flower Stamps. Every Friday, we showcase projects linked to our current issue, so be sure to share your projects for a chance to be featuredBecause this linky party is a product swap, the Waffle Flower Crafts team received February Swag Bags from Paper Issues and made some beautiful creations to share with you. Some of their projects were shared last week. We have a couple more to share with you today along with a number of great projects from our {Friends & Fans}.

Let's take a look at the projects that caught our eye this week...

Waffle Flower Team Project

1. Katie Gehring made this sweet, date stamped card using some of the 3x4 papers and heart stickers from the Swag Bag.

2. Kim Kesti worked a number of Swag Bag elements into her fresh and pretty card. She also used the number one stamp, from Waffle Flower's Calendar Numbers set, to create the "dashed" background.

Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Projects

3. Angela gets an A+ for linking up this school-themed page. She stamped the date, added a clock embellishment and math flash card too. Plus, the title includes the number one. Way to go, Angela!

4. Michele's fun and colorful cards would add cheer to anyone's day. The big numbers were created with distress paint and a white pen. Michele made these with either birthdays or anniversaries in mind.

5. Sandra created this page during the Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} crop. I love how she used the number cut file, highlighting the number three by using a different paper. Such a great page about family!

6. Lynn's super pretty page is about her sisters. The gold title, which includes the number five, drew me in, but the background is pretty spectacular too, with the mix of stamping and rub ons, stitching and more. The five birds sitting together to the right of the photo is a very sweet touch and reinforces the theme of the page.

7. Shawna created this card for a Paper Issues crop challenge (you have until 3/29 to get your projects posted). She used a stencil and daubers to create the colorful, striped background. The row of numbers are perfect for this theme. The balloon and gold polka dot vellum are pretty touches too!

8. Andrea also played along at the Paper Issues crop, creating this pretty page for a scraplift challenge. Did you notice the great black and white number paper layered in there?

9. Hannah also played along with the crop challenges creating the color washed background with paints and stencils. This turned out beautifully, Hannah!

10. Document a graduation like Cherrie did using large numbers for the year of graduation. The background paper, banners, punched borders and file tabs complete the page perfectly.

11. Janet captured the spirit of summer and on this super fun page by using a lot of color. She also added paint and splatters to the background. I'm also kind of jealous of her pretty handwriting. :)

Thank you all for sharing your beautiful work with us! Be sure to grab the "my project was featured" button from the sidebar to showcase on your blog.
