MMM...Cupcakes!

Tina made this Fabulous Wreath out of Cupcake liners!
I totally want to make one!!  It is so frilly and girly!
Mine would look a bit different...I would need to bake cupcakes in them first.
Then eat the cupcakes, then make the wreath with said leftover liners.
The crumbs could be more of an embellishment!
